The Sunseeker Villa is a modern professionally decorated spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home that sleeps up to 8 guests. Quality furnishings throughout let you know you are staying in a home, not a house!
The spacious family room overlooking the pool area has comfortable sofas and an entertainment centre with a cable TV, DVD player, and a stereo CD player and PlayStation 2. This living space enjoys a well-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast nook for those relaxed vacation mornings. In order to ensure cleanliness we have upgraded our home with ceramic tile flooring in all main areas.
Step outside the family room under the shaded lanai and on to the sun-drenched extended pool deck. Your sparkling private Pool and Spa can be heated if required. This West-facing pool receives Florida sunshine all afternoon. Take time out to enjoy and soak in this Florida sunshine as you rest on the comfortable cushioned deck loungers and chairs. A removable safety fence is provided for added protection with young infants should you need it. All doors leading on to the deck area are installed with additional safety locks and alarms. The complete pool area is screened.
Indoor entertainment is also provided in the awesome games room. There is fun for the whole family while playing a game of pool or stick-hockey. The games room also has cable TV so you won't miss the big game while you enjoy the fun.
Sleeping accommodation at Sunseeker includes a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm, cable TV with DVD player, walk-in closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second master bedroom enjoys similar features, with a queen-size double bed, cable TV, and also has a private bathroom suite.
There are 2 further bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, nightstand, dresser, cable TV, and closet space, with an adjacent shared bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.
All bedrooms feature Berber carpeting and have upgraded mattresses for your comfort.
Solana resort has a manned gatehouse and our villa is equipped with a monitored alarm system for your peace of mind. Our property manager is available should you require any assistance for the home.
