• Above prices include Sales Tax, Cleaning, Utilities
• A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• $200.00 Security Deposit required
• FREE Local and International calls
• Pool/Spa Heat available for $20.00 per night ( recommended Oct-Apr)
